Our excellence is born from the perfect match of three elements: an original recipe, top-quality raw materials and an enduring and deep brewing culture. We are proud to still use the ingredients of the traditional recipe. We have modernised our historic plant, keeping production in the same original location, near the pure waters from the Biella Alps. These waters, perfect from an organoleptic point of view, are combined with high-quality malts and hops personally selected by our Master Brewer. This continuous drive for excellence is personified by the knowledge and passion of all those whose work each day is the production of our world famous Birra Menabrea.
